Delete your SHIFT account
You can delete your account in the app or by email.
In the app
- Open SHIFT and sign in.
- Go to My profile.
- Tap Delete my account and confirm.
By email
Email info@midgardx.ca from the email you used with SHIFT, with your name and league. We'll delete it within 30 days and confirm.
What gets deleted
- You ask from Profile → Your account → Request account deletion. Once the league approves it: your profile, card photo, wall posts, chat messages, fantasy picks, registration answers and contact details.
What's kept
Payment and receipt records the league must keep for tax and accounting (usually up to 7 years), and game stats that are part of the league's official record, which are shown by name only.
