Terms of use

SHIFT is provided by Midgard X, Kelowna, BC, Canada (info@midgardx.ca).
Community rules: zero tolerance
- Be respectful. No hate speech, harassment, bullying, threats, sexual content, nudity, spam or anything illegal.
- Don't post other people's private information.
- Anyone can report a post or message and block another person. Leagues review reports within 24 hours and remove content that breaks these rules. People who break them can be removed from SHIFT.
Your content
You own what you post. You let SHIFT show it to the people in your league so the app can work. You can delete your posts and your account at any time.
Leagues and payments
Leagues set their own fees, rules and schedules. Payments for league fees, insurance, ice time and team dues are made to the league through Stripe. Refunds are up to the league.
Contests and prizes
Some features include free contests with prizes, open to adults 18+ where allowed. See the official contest rules. Apple and Google are not sponsors of, and are not involved in, any SHIFT contest.
No warranty
SHIFT is provided as is. Stats and schedules come from leagues and outside feeds and may contain mistakes. To the extent the law allows, Midgard X isn't liable for indirect losses from using the app.
Apple users
These terms are between you and Midgard X, not Apple. Apple has no responsibility for SHIFT or its content and no obligation to provide support for it.
Changes
We may update these terms. If the changes are important we'll tell you in the app.
