League administrators
Everything to run the league is under the Admin tab, grouped so it's easy to find.
Start a league
- Tap Start your league and pick your sport.
- Pick the type of league. For hockey: contact, non-contact high-competitive, competitive, beer league or beginner. Each sport has its own choices.
- Add divisions, teams and rinks, load your schedule and set your fees. Already on another app? We can bring your schedule, rosters and stats across.
The Admin tab
- Schedule & games: games, rinks, game status, forfeits, missed games and playoffs.
- Players & sign-ups: members, registration, invites and suspensions.
- Money: fees, payments, coupons and payment records.
- Officials & staff: referees, scorekeepers, fill-ins and payroll.
- Insurance: every player on a roster, who's insured and who isn't. Tap the box beside a player to tick them insured yourself (a green ✓).
Playoffs
- Set best-of-1, best-of-3 or more, and the bracket fills from the standings.
- Split brackets are supported, like the top 4 and bottom 4 each playing down, then meeting in the final.
- Playoff rosters lock on December 20.
Email your league
Send an email to your whole league, a division or a team from your league email address. Large lists go out in batches.
Kids leagues, scouts and media
- Kids leagues are kept separate from adult leagues, with their own stats.
- You approve who can see kids' profiles, and you approve scouts, videographers and commentators before they get in.
