Scorekeepers
Score a whole game from one phone, with an AI announcer calling the goals.
1 · Open the scoreboard
- Sign in as a Scorekeeper and tap Live (the red button). The scoreboard always comes up first.
- Pick today's game. Missed an earlier game? Pick it from the earlier games and score it afterwards.
- Your name and the referees' names fill in on their own.
2 · Rosters
- Each team picks its own lineup before the game. You can only change a player's number if it's wrong.
- If a team's lineup isn't done, tap Fill the first 15. It fills 15 players so the game can start, and that team gets a 2-minute bench penalty.
3 · Goals and penalties
- Tap the Goal button for the team that scored, pick who scored and who assisted, and type the time of the goal.
- Tap Enter. The AI announcer calls the goal, the scorer, the assists and the time.
- Penalties work the same way: player, penalty, time, then Enter, and the announcer calls it.
4 · Fix a mistake
Tap the GOALS, PENALTIES or SHOTS label in the middle of the scoreboard. It lights up and shows − buttons so you can take back anything you added.
5 · Sound and video
- Right under the scoreboard: the warm-up music, SHIFT Radio and the announcer voices.
- Add live video to show the game feed to everyone watching on Live.
6 · End the game
Tap End when the game is over. The final score and stats go straight into the schedule, standings and player stats. A game can also be marked as a forfeit, and players get a notification when a game changes.
